Crew-days per trade = the row labour component ÷ the Crowdsource crew day-rate for that trade (Scenario A mix). Scenario B/C labour = the same crew-days × that scenario's crew day-rate — identical crews, different labour pricing. Implied output (ft² of BUA per crew-day) is derived from the calibrated model, not a measured site productivity takeoff; confirm against the contractor's programme before contract award.

Estimate caveats — read before quoting

  • This is a budget estimate, not a tender price. Site conditions, soil, and authority requirements can shift costs.
  • Medium-confidence quantities (roof area, windows) should be verified on site before contract award.
  • Renovation works carry hidden-condition risk — the contingency should not go below 5% for A&A projects.
  • Rates reflect the Crowdsource snapshot at generation time; steel and cement prices move monthly.
  • Scenario C is a foreign-labour rate sensitivity only; Scenario D is a QS Online all-in benchmark for comparison, never applied to the quote. Material procurement risk shifts to the owner only when the owner-supplied materials option is enabled.
