Crew-days per trade = the row labour component ÷ the Crowdsource crew day-rate for that trade (Scenario A mix). Scenario B/C labour = the same crew-days × that scenario's crew day-rate — identical crews, different labour pricing. Implied output (ft² of BUA per crew-day) is derived from the calibrated model, not a measured site productivity takeoff; confirm against the contractor's programme before contract award.
