What to include

• Estimate questions — tell us the project type (new build, renovation, extension), state, and roughly what looked wrong or unclear.
• Rate corrections — if a price in a guide is off for your area, send the item, your location and the quoted price. Real quotations are how our rate book stays calibrated, and we credit corrections that we adopt.
• Contractors & QS professionals — if you'd like your real tender rates benchmarked against ours, or want to discuss the independent QS benchmark, say so and we'll follow up directly.
• Press & partnerships — a sentence on what you have in mind is enough to start.
