Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of wakkiro.ai (the "Service"), operated by Wakkiro ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service provides
Wakkiro generates construction cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), quotations and 2D/3D visualisations from user inputs and uploaded drawings, using AI analysis and market-calibrated rate data for Malaysia.
2. Estimates are guidance, not professional advice
- All outputs are budget estimates, not tender prices, valuations or professional advice.
- Actual costs depend on site conditions, soil, access, market movement and contractor selection, and can differ materially from any estimate.
- AI drawing analysis may contain errors; quantities flagged for verification should be confirmed on site.
- Before entering any construction contract, confirm pricing and scope with a licensed contractor, architect or quantity surveyor.
3. Your account and content
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You must only upload drawings and documents you have the right to use. You retain ownership of your uploads.
- You grant us a limited licence to process your uploads and inputs to provide the Service, including AI analysis and storage of corrections that improve future analyses of the same drawing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, accessing other users' data, scraping at abusive volumes, reverse-engineering the rate book, or uploading unlawful or malicious content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Rates and estimating logic are updated regularly; past estimates may differ from re-runs.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Wakkiro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including cost overruns, project delays or contractual disputes — arising from reliance on estimates or other outputs of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
7. Advertising and third-party links
Some pages display third-party advertising (Google AdSense) and links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites and advertisers.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
