Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Wakkiro ("we", "us") collects when you use wakkiro.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information. If you register, we store your email address and login credentials (passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text).
- Project inputs. Details you enter to generate an estimate — built-up area, location, project type, conditions and budget — are processed to compute your estimate and, if you are logged in, saved so you can revisit your projects.
- Uploaded drawings. Floor plans and documents you upload are processed by our AI analysis pipeline to extract quantities. Files are identified by a content hash so repeat analyses of the same drawing can reuse stored corrections.
- Feedback. If you tell us an analysis was inaccurate and provide a correction, we store that correction and apply it to future analyses of the same drawing.
- Usage data. Standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and basic in-app events used to keep the service reliable and improve it.
How we use information
- To generate estimates, BOQs and 2D/3D models from your inputs.
- To save your projects and estimates to your account.
- To improve the accuracy of the AI analyzer using aggregated results and user corrections.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse and debug problems.
We do not sell your personal data or your uploaded drawings.
Cookies and advertising
Wakkiro uses cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, language preference and offline caching (service worker). We display advertising served by Google AdSense on some content pages. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings. Third-party processing
Drawing analysis is performed using third-party AI model providers under their API terms; uploaded content is transmitted to those providers solely to perform the analysis you requested. Estimate computation and storage occur on our own servers.
Data retention
Saved projects and estimates are kept while your account is active. You may delete your projects or request account deletion at any time by emailing us. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
In line with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact hello@wakkiro.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to stored data is restricted, and passwords are hashed. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect your data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be announced on the site.
